Terms & Conditions

1. Any conditions that would be made by the purchaser in deviation from these conditions shall be deemed not to have been accepted by us and we are therefore not opposable. Derogation of the agreement is possible only subject to written confirmation by Traffic-shop.

2. The merchandise travels solely at the risk of the purchaser, even if delivery is made free at destination.

3. In case of delivery by Traffic shop the place of delivery should be accessible to trucks with loading ramp.

4. Pulled Apart goods are finally accepted by the customer upon departure warehouse. At destination brought goods are accepted for what their conformity with the ordered terms (quality, quantity) when the goods are unloaded at the place of destination.

5. All complaints about shortages, damage and some should be announced in writing, within eight days after delivery of the goods. Traffic Shop will never bear responsibility for the consequences of the processing or use of goods with visible and / or hidden defects or non-conforming goods. Any legitimate damages resulting from a complaint will be limited to the replacement of the returned goods or supplement shortfalls.

6. The quoted price is given as a target price (offer price), who accepts the buyer. The applied rate will be applicable on the date of delivery. Traffic-Shop reserves the right to change the prices at any time, all will be applied at billing rates that occur at the time of placing the order on the website.

7. Every objection on the price and / or description of the goods on the invoice must inform us in writing within eight days after the invoice date are reported: the expiry of this period takes with it the acceptance of the bill.

8. Orders may be canceled free of charge as long as the cancellation is reported before dispatch of the goods as long as the notification was made in writing. Goods for specific orders produced customized or special or purchased by Traffic-Shop, can not be canceled.

9. All prices are in EURO, excluding VAT and ex warehouse unless specifically noted otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight. Shipping costs are not final in the order confirmation by Traffic Shop. Products with standard formats outside of the senders can differ from the shipping options proposed by the site.

10. Traffic Shop processes orders taking into account the available stocks. If an article is not available, the Traffic Shop undertakes to inform the buyer thereof within 15 days after the passing of the order and to provide you with the estimated delivery time.

11. All invoices are payable in Brussels.

12. Unless otherwise written provision orders are payable net cash with no deductions or expenses. Case writing a deferral was agreed then our invoices are payable net cash at maturity with no deductions or charges to Traffic Shop.

13. For each not paid on the due invoice shall automatically and without prior notice charged an interest of 12% per annum from the due date until full settlement of the amount owed.

If the confidence of Traffic Shop in the creditworthiness of the buyer is shaken by acts of judicial foreclosure against the buyer and or other demonstrable events which put confidence in the proper implementation of the commitments made by buyers in question and / or impossible, Traffic Shop reserves the right of buyers to demand the appropriate safeguards. 16. Notwithstanding the risk of the purchaser with respect to the goods, Traffic Shop retains ownership of the goods until full payment of all outstanding invoices. The advances paid remain acquired by Traffic Shop for reimbursement of costs and potential losses on resale.

17. If the buyer fails to comply with his obligations, the sale shall automatically and without notice be terminated, without prejudice to our rights to damages and interests. The expression of a registered letter by Traffic Shop will suffice for this.

18. The non-payment on the due date of a single invoice, the outstanding balance makes all the others, even those not yet due, legally payable immediately.

19. The drawing and or accepting bills of exchange or other negotiable instruments does not imply novation and is no deviation from the conditions of sale.

20. Traffic Shop offers the buyer a period of 14 days (June 2014 new regulations) in which he is a product that he is not satisfied, can return.
