Dock bumpers for loading docks are an essential collision protection to efficiently protect your expensive loading and unloading quay from serious damage. A loaded truck with a total weight of around 40 tonnes has enormous force even in a minor collision and can effortlessly damage the anchoring or mechanism of the loading quay.

Therefore, loading quay buffers are indispensable to absorb such impacts. It is not the speed that will do the damage but rather the mass of the approaching vehicle.

Our dock bumpers are made of fibre-reinforced primary rubber with nylon and polyester. This ensures durability and longer service life. In case of collision, the bumpers have an impact recovery of 95%. They will therefore absorb shocks from heavy vehicles at low speeds effortlessly and ensure that no damage is caused to the loading dock or the vehicle.

These impact blocks can also be used indoors to protect walls from forklifts and other vehicles in your warehouse.

The pre-drilled countersunk mounting holes allow easy mounting. Fixing material not included!
